Christmas Campaign on Social Media to Boost Offline Sales

Aevalona is a cosmetic brand which provides an extensive range of Natural Skin care solutions for various therapeutic applications. Aevalona products cater to the population of West African countries such as Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Cape, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Guinea Bissau, Liberia, Niger, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal, and Sierra Leone.

Executive Summary

IIS was tasked to boost the store sales during the winter-holiday season in all the countries. As a digital marketing agency for Aevalona, we had already prepared the campaign plan for Christmas and New Year but the festive shipment had not reached the desired locations on time. Due to this the campaigns were delayed till the last week of December.

Strategy

Our primary goal was to make sure that our offer reaches the prospective buyer. With a sea of offers and festive discounts, it was important for our ads to convey the message efficiently and clearly. The ads that we designed stated the offer directly with a festive theme. The products were clearly visible with a motive to be straight forward. Secondly, the offers were available only in the stores. We had to make sure that the interested buyers visited our store. But it is easy to lose interest if a communication channel is not provided readily. We ran “Send Message” campaigns for both offers in all countries to address their queries.
